Chicken Parmesan

1 egg, beaten
1 cup World Classics Trading Company Panko Bread Crumbs with Italian Seasoning
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 16-ounce jar marinara pasta sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Pour egg into a small, shallow bowl, and bread crumbs into another small, shallow bowl. Dip each chicken breast into the egg and then bread crumbs. Place coated chicken on a medium, greased baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, pour pasta sauce into a baking pan and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Remove chicken from oven, and place in prepared pan with sauce. Top with remaining mozzarella, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer, or until chicken is done and juices run clear.
Serve with additional Parmesan, if desired.
