16 ounces sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
One 1.4-ounce package dry vegetable soup mix
One 14-ounce can chopped artichoke hearts
1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
8 ounces water chestnuts, chopped
4 ounces pepper jack cheese, shredded
2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
1 teaspoon black pepper

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
