Bourbon Vanilla Cake with Raspberry Almond Filling

1 box World Classics Trading Company® Bourbon Vanilla Cake, prepared according to instructions
1 cup Raspberry Fruit Spread*
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped

In a small saucepan, combine raspberry spread and almond extract over low heat, stirring frequently. Heat until sauce has reduced slightly, 5 to 7 minutes. Cut cool World Classics Trading Company® Bourbon Vanilla Cake into three horizontal layers. Spread half of raspberry filling between bottom two layers, and remainder between top two layers. Spread whipped cream over the top and sides of cake.

Makes about 1 cup filling and 2 cups whipping cream

*You may substitute Raspberry Jam, if desired. The end result will be slightly sweeter than with fruit spread.
